Terms of Service

Please read through this agreement carefully. Order cannot be placed without you agreeing to the Terms of Service.

For your understanding, please read this agreement prior to ordering services from us. By placing an order, you agree that you have read the following agreement, and have an understanding of it. If you have any questions at all regarding it, please do not hesitate to call us at support@ktgdesign.com.

These eCards are for web site subscribers only. If you do not have a personal web site with
Wells Fargo Home Mortgage please do not sign up!

EXCEPTIONS: Branch Managers (may use the branch web site), Area Managers (may use a branch web site or no tabs), and Mortgage Associates who are NOT eligible for  their own site (may link to the HMC whom they support)

Wells Fargo Home Mortgage policies

KTG Design, Inc. must adhere to all WFHM policies! We cannot add special titles for phone numbers out side of Tel, Toll Free, Cell, Fax and eFax.  We also cannot use any personal titles other than what is provided on the order form.  We cannot add any tag line to the eCard information.  Your eCard CANNOT link directly to your WFHM Spanish site.

Personal Information

When you place an order for an e-business card, your personal information, including your credit card information is transmitted via the use of a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), the industry standard for encrypting sensitive information. KTG Design, Inc. takes your personal information very seriously, and as such, we will not sell your information, and we vow to keep it confidential. Your credit card info is deleted from the system the same day your order is placed.

Cancellation/Refunds

You may cancel at anytime but there are no refunds of set-up fees or the yearly hosting/maintenance fees.

Terms of Use

You agree to not use the eCard on any paid marketing lists. If you do so you may lose the right to use your eCard without refund.

Spam

While the best industry practices are used to construct the e-business card, we do not guarantee that emails will be delivered to the intended recipients inbox folder, instead, they may be end up or be blocked by various email providers’ SPAM folders. It is possible that some emails may be blocked entirely due to Spam rules in effect at the recipient’s email provider or computer. The Internet and the multitude of email service providers comprise an ever-changing environment, in which all email providers and subscribers can establish their own SPAM parameters. While we have attempted to develop the eCard within as many known parameters as possible to avoid being blocked as SPAM, we cannot predict all scenarios. Besides being a direct violation of company policy, sending email to mass lists increases the chance that your email will end up blocked and/or in a SPAM folder.

If you find that a company or email service provider is blocking your email because of the eCard, you have a couple of options: 1. delete the eCard image when sending emails to individuals at that company; or, 2. you can request that your e-mail recipient add you to his or her company’s accepted list or “white” list. It is also a good idea to request that your client add you to their own personal accepted list.

NOTE: There are no refunds if your email is blocked by any recipient for any reason. By purchasing and approving your eCard subscription, you agree to these and other terms.

Renewal

When you place an order you are set-up for one year of maintenance and hosting of your e-business cards.  Eleven months after your purchase you will receive a renewal invoice that will contain a link to where you can make a payment for the upcoming years fees.  You will have 30 days after the invoice has been sent to make payment. If  your payment is not received your eCard will be deactivated.

What You Receive

  • eCard for use with Microsoft Outlook.

  • Links for your card to your approved Wells Fargo Home Mortgage web site.

  • Upon final approval of the information on the card you will receive an installation program that will place the files for the card in the correct location on your system.  There is no spy ware or tracking software of any kind contained in the installation program.

  • Instructions for using your eCard.

  • Email support - support@ktgdesign.com

  • Upon order completion your eCard proof will be emailed to you within 10 business days.

  • One year of hosting for your eCard image and files.

  • Change requests that you submit will be handled within 2 business days.

  • Two change requests per annual term. After the 2nd change request the fee is $10/request.

This Terms of Service May Change

All changes to this agreement will be made through Wells Fargo Corporate and you will be given 30 days notice of any changes.

Web Site links

The auto signature created with the eCard cannot contain any links to pages on your web site other than those specified by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.  This includes Spanish content or web site, additional loan pages, or any page other than what is approved by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

This agreement becomes active once you submit your order with KTG Design, Inc. If you have any questions regarding them, feel free to call us for clarification.
