Please read
through this agreement
carefully.
For your understanding, please
read this agreement prior to
ordering services from us. By
placing an order, you agree that
you have read the following
agreement, and have an
understanding of it. If you have
any questions at all regarding
it, please do not hesitate to

Personal Information
When you place an order for an
e-business card, your personal
information, including your
credit card information is
transmitted via the use of a
Secure Socket Layer (SSL), the
industry standard for encrypting
sensitive information. KTG
Design, Inc. takes your personal
information very serious, and as
such, we will not sell your
information, and we vow to keep
it confidential.
Spam
While the best industry
practices are used to construct
the eCard, we do not guarantee
that your email will not be sent
to or blocked by various email
providers’ SPAM folders.
It is possible that some emails
may be blocked entirely due to
Spam rules in effect at the
recipient’s email provider or
computer. The Internet and the
multitude of email service
providers comprise an
ever-changing environment, in
which all email providers and
subscribers can establish their
own SPAM parameters. While we
have attempted to develop the
eCard within as many known
parameters as possible to avoid
being blocked as SPAM, we cannot
predict all scenarios. Sending email to
mass lists increases the chance
that your email will end up
blocked and/or in a SPAM folder.
If you find that a company or
email service provider is
blocking your email because of
the eCard, you have a couple of
options: 1. delete the eCard
image when sending emails to
individuals at that company; or,
2. you can request that your
e-mail recipient add you to his
or her company’s accepted list
or “white” list. It is also a
good idea to request that your
client add you to their own
personal accepted list.
NOTE: There are no refunds if
your email is blocked by any
recipient for any reason. By
purchasing and approving your
eCard subscription, you agree to
these and other terms.
Cancellation/Refunds
You may cancel at anytime but
there are no refunds of set-up
fees or the yearly
hosting/maintenance fees.
Renewal
When you place an order you are
set-up for one year of
maintenance and hosting of your
e-business cards. Eleven
months after your purchase you
will receive a renewal invoice
that will contain a link to
where you can make a payment for
the upcoming years fees.
You will have 30 days after the
invoice has been sent to make
payment. If payment is not
received within the 45 days your
e-business cards will be taken
offline.
What Your Receive

E-Business card for use with
your email program.

Upon final approval of the
information on the card you
will receive an installation
program that will place the
files for the card in the
correct location on your
system. There is no
spy ware or tracking
software of any kind
contained in the
installation program.

Instructions for using your
e-business card.

Phone and email support -
you will receive support
within 2 business days.

Upon order completion your
e-business card will be
complete within 10 business
days.

One year of hosting and
maintenance of your
e-business card image and
files. Maintenance includes
making any text changes you
will need (i.e. fax number
change), updating or adding
your personal photo and
includes any tab link
changes.

Change requests that you
submit will be handled
within 2 business days.
This Terms of Service May Change
Changes may be made at anytime
without notice.
This agreement becomes active
once you submit your order with
KTG Design, Inc. If you have any
questions regarding them, feel
free to call us for
clarification.
